CORTECITO AREA: Unquestionably,
the area of Bavaro, Punta Cana and El Cortecito have been experiencing
a phenomenal boom since 2006, and is already considered a
worldwide key tourist destination. The extraordinary
natural beauty of Punta Cana and strategic location and efficient
International airport have now created highly desi
rable residential
communities as well.
The Punta Cana / Bavaro/
El Coretecito areas are largely made up of about 40 world
renowned all-inclusive resorts populated mostly by couples
or families. Most resorts focus on couples and family entertainment. More
recently, several impressive residential developments have
appeared, offering an investor paradise of 1-3 bedroom apartments
(or condos) which in many cases can be rented on a daily,
weekly or monthly basis to vacationers for often less than
